I had a great stay! The spacious deluxe king suite was super comfy, though some areas looked a bit dated. The staff was friendly and helpful! I'd definitely return!

The day of our check out, as we were forced to stay at this sub-standard and lousy serviced shabby lodge. The title of " HOTEL " is certainly misplaced. Unfortunately we had no other options, with most of the better hotels in Chiang Mai booked for the holiday season. Fortunately we had the freedom to run away from 3 cockroaches at the morning breakfast buffet. Pointing the blissfully ignorant staff at these horrible creatures was utterly in vain. Please mention my name and my email address, as I surely don't want to submit my review anonymously !!!!!!!
To arrive at 04.00 pm, after a 10 hours drive from Bangkok, with 3 small children and having to wait for the rooms, that were not cleaned yet. After all, at this the hotel, being so shabby, it apparently made no difference after the " so called " cleaning. How the hell this hotel got to a 8.0 Rating is not only a riddle, but also another living example of Amazing Thailand !!! Has anyone of Booked.net ever stayed at this shabby place. Forget the price, as I'd prefer to be screwed for more money, than the lousy US 60, if only I had the chance to have booked a better place to stay.

Good and unbeatable location - next door to Wat Koo Tao. Walking distance to a local market and a market across the street. An individual safe, climate control, and tea and coffee making facilities available in the superior king room. Comfortable private bathroom.

It made my trip to Chiang Mai a really comfortable experience. The food was cheap and the location was particularly good. There were local markets and a market around the hotel.

The location is very convenient, perfect for exploring and getting around. The pool offers a good size for relaxation, and the staff provided friendly, helpful service. Unfortunately, air conditioning was an issue with leaks after repairs, and I encountered some noise disturbances from road-facing units. The breakfast fell below expectations, lacking quality items, disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

The room I stayed in was huge and super comfortable. Loved the white and turquoise color scheme! Even though it's an older hotel with some dated features, it felt cozy. The air conditioning was a little tricky, leaking even after repairs, but the big queen beds made up for it. Just a bit noisy at night from the road outside, so bring earplugs if you're sensitive to that.
